The project involved upgrading the compressed air distribution system at a manufacturing facility to ensure reliable and efficient operation of CNC machines and assembly lines. The objective was to eliminate air leakage, stabilize system pressure, and reduce excessive compressor run times. By implementing a robust and leak-free piping solution, the facility aimed to improve energy efficiency, lower operating costs, and achieve consistent compressed air delivery across all production areas.

A manufacturing facility required a reliable compressed air distribution system to support CNC machines and assembly lines. The existing piping system had frequent leakage issues, resulting in pressure drops and increased compressor running hours.
Medium: Compressed Air
Working Pressure: 6–8 bar
Operating Hours: 16–20 hours/day
Environment: Industrial shop floor with vibration
The existing piping network was replaced with Quickair aluminium modular piping system using push-fit O-ring sealed fittings. The system was installed without welding, threading, or sealants, ensuring uniform joint integrity.
No detectable air leakage observed after commissioning
Stable pressure maintained across all drop points
No joint loosening despite continuous vibration
Improved air quality due to corrosion-free internal surface
Reduced compressor load and energy consumption
