A manufacturing facility required a reliable compressed air distribution system to support CNC machines and assembly lines. The existing piping system had frequent leakage issues, resulting in pressure drops and increased compressor running hours.

Operating Conditions

  • Medium: Compressed Air

  • Working Pressure: 6–8 bar

  • Operating Hours: 16–20 hours/day

  • Environment: Industrial shop floor with vibration

 

The existing piping network was replaced with Quickair aluminium modular piping system using push-fit O-ring sealed fittings. The system was installed without welding, threading, or sealants, ensuring uniform joint integrity.

  • No detectable air leakage observed after commissioning
